Sparkler has the ability to shoot sparks from her hands. While she is too young to be brought into any sort of physical conflict, she trains hard to use concentrated light blasts to disorient or temporarily blind enemies in times of attack or an ambush.
Sparkler is a personification of her superhuman powers. The chaotic nature of her unbridled enthusiasm trickles down into short bursts of everyday clumsiness and into the wild, colorful blend of eclectic elements seen in her style of clothing
Working closely with the CAPES calamity-rescue programs, Sparkler has proved to be an asset by using the light she can emit, as a beacon to direct people to safety.
The light particles she emits from her hands are actually photons but with a definite mass and high unstable energy. She aims at channeling and directing these unnatural photon particles to shape, structure and compose them into tools to aid her actions – and hopefully find a way to cause less accidental fires while experimenting their potential.

The larger the particles, the more intense the heat. At a tiny size the small sparks have the heat of a coal ember. At larger pebble sizes the particles have enough heat to cause blistering 2nd degree burns on contact, and with enough time can warp metal objects.
- Tools and Tricks
With enough focus and control, Sparkler can forge tools with her photon emission to cut through, warp or even weld together materials.
In situations which call for a more ‘constructive ‘ approach than a destructive one, Sparkler is learning to control the energy contained in her sparks, to avoid setting objects on fire.
